Today is Giving Tuesday, a national day of philanthropic giving that takes place on the first Tuesday after Thanksgiving. It is a day to reflect on how you can give your support or time to improve the world around you.
As we reflect on Giving Tuesday, we’re excited by the growth that Jackson Orthopaedic Foundation (JOF) has had this year and look forward to building on this momentum.
Please consider supporting JOF this Giving Tuesday. This year, your support will go even farther, as the JOF Board of Directors is matching all gifts made in the month of December.

The money raised on Giving Tuesday will be put to immediate use. This year we enrolled eight clinicians in the Orthopedic Primary Care (OPC) course. The curriculum emphasizes non-surgical, patient-centered approaches to maximizing function, managing pain, preventing injury, and slowing disease progression.
The spring semester of the course focuses on evidence-based treatment and referral. As part of this curriculum, we must purchase anatomic and injection models, casting supplies, and durable medical and exercise equipment. The funds raised on Giving Tuesday will pay for this needed equipment.
As a small nonprofit organization, each of our supporters has a tremendous impact on the work we do. Your donation will ensure that health care providers have the clinical skills to offer a wider range of non-surgical treatment options for common conditions and complex musculoskeletal challenges.
Please donate today and have your contribution matched by the JOF Board of Directors.
