We're changing online learning platforms in June 2026. Here are some frequently asked questions

Why is JOF moving to a new platform?
We’re making this change to improve the overall learning experience and to support our goal of keeping courses affordable, accessible, and easy to use.
It also allows us to streamline how we deliver and support our courses behind the scenes, so we can focus more of our time and resources on expanding access to high-quality MSK education.
When is the transition happening?
The transition is already underway and will be fully complete in June 2026.
Will this affect my ability to purchase or access courses right now?
Yes, briefly. As we make this transition we're pausing sales of new courses for a few weeks. We'll resume sales of CE courses shortly.
I’m currently enrolled in a course on Canvas LMS. What happens to me?
You will be contacted directly with clear instructions on how to access your course on the new platform. We are working to ensure minimal disruption to your learning.
Will I lose my progress or course materials?
No. Our goal is to ensure continuity of your learning experience. Any required steps will be clearly communicated, and we’ll support you throughout the transition.
Are the courses changing?
No. Our courses remain the same high-quality, nationally accredited offerings, with no changes to content, learning outcomes, or clinical focus.
Is pricing changing?
No immediate changes are planned. This move supports our long-term goal of keeping courses affordable and accessible.
What are the benefits of the new platform?
If you are an existing student, you will receive instructions to create a new login on the Jackson Orthopedic Foundation courses platform.
