We're looking forward to having you in our Orthopalooza workshop. Reminder: you need to have completed the online portion of this hybrid course before coming to the workshop.

About the workshop:

2 day msk skills workshop on upper extremity, july 18-19
  • Saturday, July 25's workshop includes:
    • Physical exam skills and practice
    • Diagnostic imaging, evaluation, and interpretation
    • Differential diagnosis, history, and focused exam
    • Medical decision making
    • Clinical confidence and referring effectively
  • Learning materials: Please bring your computer or tablet to access workshop documents during the course. Limited handouts will be provided.
  • Online learning: You need to make sure you've completed the 10-hour online learning before attending the in-person workshop.

About the venue:

We'll be in the classrooms at  Creekside Commons, an event and conference center in Lafayette, California
  • Address: 1035 Carol Lane, Lafayette, CA 94549
  • Parking: Our venue has a community event happening at the same time as our workshop, which could make Parking Lot A a bit busy when you arrive. The venue has set aside 5 spaces at the start of each of the 4 rows closest to the building for our studentes (including 2 accessible spots), with an additional 3 accessible spaces right next to the building available. You can download the parking map here.  
  • Public transit: Take BART to the Lafayette stop; you can take a taxi or Uber from the station.
  • Meal options: We will take a one-hour lunch break each day, but will not be providing food or drink. Below are a few local options. Or, you can plan to bring your lunch or beverages with you.
