It's here! Our Fourth Annual Canes Film Festival & Gala is this Sunday, Nov. 7!

​Canes is our most important fundraiser of the year, supporting JOF’s three flagship programs: 

• Healthcare Immersion Program (HIP)
• Orthopedic Primary Care (OPC), and 
• Orthopedic Injection Workshops. ​

​These programs offer excellent healthcare education to college students and clinicians who are interested in becoming more knowledgeable healthcare providers.

What's New for 2021
This year we're holding a blended event -- in person at the idyllic Creekside Commons in Lafayette, California, while also livestreaming the program on YouTube.

We're also again holding our popular silent auction online -- you can bid online from anywhere via 32Auctions. This year, there are some fantastic items that have been donated, including a beach house getaway, selections of Oregon wines, hand-poured candles, movie treats, theater and film packages, and more. Bidding in the auction is open to anyone -- just make sure to place your bid before 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 7, when the auction closes.

As always at Canes, there also will be screenings of short films created by our students — with audience voting on their favorites; presentations from volunteers, students, clinicians, and patients about JOF’s programs and their impact on lives, careers, and communities; and an opportunity to network, and catch up with friends old and new.

And finally, a special shout-out to our generous sponsors, auction donors, volunteers and team members for making this event possible. We know everyone's got a lot to manage these days and we're grateful that with your help, the show can and will go on!
