We’re excited to announce the latest addition to our line-up of Orthopedic Primary Care (OPC) continuing education courses for clinicians: Online Mini Courses.

We know that budgets and schedules are tight these days, so we created these four, 10-hour online modules – priced at just $65 each – to make it easier than ever to improve your skills and confidence diagnosing and treating common musculoskeletal conditions.

Our four Mini Courses

  • The Painful Knee
  • The Painful Shoulder
  • The Painful Spine
  • MSK Fundamentals

These single-topic, self-study Mini Courses complement our more comprehensive OPC Courses, which you can still take as Online Only (65 CE hours each, self-study).  Our full,  Blended Learning Courses – which, at 80 hours each, include in-person weekend Workshops – are currently on hold due to COVID guidelines discouraging in-person instruction. We hope our Workshops can resume later in 2021.

More about OPC

Read FAQ
Orthopedic Primary Care is a catalogue of online and blended-learning continuing education courses covering the fundamentals of anatomy, pathophysiology, and evidence-based treatment for common musculoskeletal problems. Courses range from our 10-hour Mini Courses to our full, 320-hour Blended Learning program.

OPC is most applicable to non-emergent, relatively stable conditions, either acute or chronic. We cover a wide variety of common conditions including neck and low back pain, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, repetitive stress injuries and a range of metabolic, inflammatory, and pediatric complaints.

OPC is great for your patients. Your training -- and newfound confidence -- will help them to maximize function, reduce pain, prevent re-injury, slow disease progression, and manage their chronic conditions.

OPC also is great for your career, whether you’re a new clinician, or a veteran looking to update your skills or take on a new direction. You can use your new Orthopedic Primary Care skills in a variety of clinical settings. These include family health practices, ERs, urgent care clinics, occupational health centers, retail clinics, and geriatric centers. You’ll also enhance your ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
